Fundraising plays a vital role in the Shaffer PTA’s mission to support our students, teachers, and school community. Each year, our collective efforts contribute over $90,000 toward classroom resources, family engagement programs, Leader in Me certification, and updated technology.

Over the past several years, one of our primary fundraising focuses has been capital improvements around the school. These include new sun shades for the blacktop, Mimio interactive boards in every classroom, water bottle filling stations, a new front marquee, and updated basketball hoops. These enhancements directly enrich the learning environment for both students and teachers—projects that would not be possible without PTA support.

We raise funds throughout the school year through three main events:

• Fall Fun Run

• Spring Auction

• Monthly Spirit Nights
