Shaffer Fun Run

Get ready to run, cheer, and have fun! The Shaffer Fun Run is our biggest fundraising event of the year, bringing students together to get active while raising money to support our school. Students will collect donations from family and friends and then celebrate their hard work by taking on an exciting course filled with fun obstacles. Every student’s participation and every dollar raised helps make a difference at Shaffer!

Fun Run Schedule

Students will participate in the Fun Run during their scheduled time. Families are welcome to come cheer on their runners and enjoy the excitement!

Pre-K 8:45 - 9:00

Kindergarten 9:00 - 9:45

2nd Grade 9:50 - 10:30

4th Grade 10:50 - 11:25 

5th Grade 11:30 - 12:15 

1st Grade 12:25 - 1:10

3rd Grade 1:20 - 2:05

Register Your Student

All students must be registered to participate in the Shaffer Fun Run. Please take a moment to complete the registration form below so we can make sure your student is ready to run, jump, climb, and have fun!

How You Can Help

The Fun Run is made possible by our amazing Shaffer parent and community volunteers! We need volunteers to help with everything from setting up the course and cheering on students to assisting with obstacles and keeping the event running smoothly. We also will need help with prize distribution throughout Fun Run Week and help with individual classes the day of the event!

No special experience is needed — just bring your enthusiasm and your Shaffer spirit! Whether you can help for an hour or stay for the whole event, we would love to have you join us!
